PROCEDURE FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Not following the specified procedures will result in the return of the PRODUCT(s) by the same carrier, without the repairs or replacement.
- After analysis, if the product is not within the warranty period or the damage is not covered by the warranty, an estimate will be sent regarding the repair for its authorization. Including transportation fees;
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 12:45 PM and from 01:45 PM to 05:50 PM (BRT);

- In the case of a product’s faulty performance, warranty services will be done at factory’s discretion;
- In the event of a defect or irregularity, the product must be made available to the FACTORY, which will arrange for its collection at the retailer’s for the identification of the cause and its proper repairs, as established by the Consumer Protection Code;
- THE FACTORY will examine the product shipped and, if it proves the existence of a defect covered by the warranty, repairs or modifications of the defective product will be made at its discretion, at no cost to the customer, not being liable for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment, facilities, lifts, lost profits or any other emerging or consequential damages;
- This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear for the time of use, misuse or damage arising from improper or negligent operations or installations.
