Woods

Because wood is a material of natural origin, variations in visuals, shades or differences in veins may appear in wooden pieces. These are not defects, but part of what makes your product unique.

Depending on the conditions in which the product will be used or the climate of the place where it is exposed, the wood can react in different ways, altering its original look.

In the case of order completion, the differences in the tone of the pieces tend to be noticeable, however, they tend to balance out over time.

Varnished pieces tend to suffer great color variation. When natural wood is varnished, its main characteristic is the enhancement of color.

Conservation

To preserve the product, daily cleaning is recommended with a dry, soft and clean cloth, in the direction of the grains. If you need a deeper cleaning, make a mixture of water and neutral detergent and repeat the process. After that, dry with a dry, soft and clean cloth.

Protect the product from bad weather and avoid exposure to sunlight and humidity.

Never use alcohol, bleach, abrasive products and/or abrasive sponges or steel wool on the product.

Lacquer paintings

For a good conservation of the lacquer paint, it is recommended to clean it daily with a dry, soft and clean flannel, making circular movements. If a deeper cleaning is necessary, use a mixture of water and neutral detergent. Dry immediately with a soft, clean cloth.

Conservation

Avoid sun exposure.

Never use alcohol, bleach, furniture polish, and abrasive products such as sponges or steel wool in the product.

MTX paints

Daily cleaning is recommended to maintain good conservation. For this, use a dry and soft cloth. For a more thorough cleaning to remove grease stains or fingerprints, use a cloth dampened with soap and water and dry immediately with a soft flannel.

To enhance the shine in products with glossy finishes, you can apply automotive wax periodically. For this, it is recommended to use clean white flannel to apply the wax.

Conservation

Never use thinner, gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, bleach and abrasive products such as sponges and steel wool on the product.

Stainless Steel (INOX)

It is recommended to remove the dust with a dry and soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, you can apply household alcohol, then wipe it with a dry, soft cloth to shine. Pass the cloth in the same direction as the polishing, never perpendicular to it. To enhance the shine, use stainless steel products, always paying attention to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Conservation

Never use thinner, gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, bleach and abrasive products such as sponges and steel wool.

Carbon steel

For products with Carbon Steel finish, it is recommended to use a dry and soft cloth to remove the dust. For a more thorough cleaning, clean the area with a soft cloth dampened in a solution of water and neutral detergent. After cleaning, immediately remove the excess with a cloth dampened with water, and then dry the area well. It is recommended the application of automotive wax to enhance the shine.

Conservation

Never use abrasive products or products containing acetone, ether or alcohol for electrostatic painting.

Aluminum

It is recommended to periodically clean aluminum surfaces with water and neutral detergent, thus avoiding long-term damage to the material with dirt and/or moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove excess cleaning with water and neutral detergent.

Conservation

Never use abrasive materials, steel wool or sponges or acids in general.

Marbles

Marble is a natural metamorphic rock that comes from limestone. There are no identical pieces, as variations in shades, veins and/or stains are common and are not defects, but a characteristic.

The rock has characteristics such as high durability, porosity and resistance to rupture. On the other hand, it requires certain care in terms of conservation and cleaning.

Cleaning

Marble is composed of minerals, so it is a material sensitive to chemical reactions. Therefore:

Do not use alkaline detergents, washing powder, acids, bleach, kerosene, solvents and the like when cleaning. These materials compromise the entire aesthetic of your stone;

Marble cleaning should be done regularly, removing excess dust with a dry, soft flannel or feather duster. After that, pass a cloth dampened only with water.

Conservation

Avoid direct contact with liquids such as coffee, wine, oily products and wet wood. These liquids can stain and have an irreversible result. If this happens, clean the area immediately.

Avoid direct contact with solid products such as chairs or iron, they can cause superficial cracks which, while not compromising the safety of the piece, can compromise the appearance of your marble.

Avoid contact with steel wool residue, or any other aluminum, iron and steel product on the marble. Glasses with liquids without a proper cup holder can rust and stain the stone.
